Bring Me Your Labs.

Your numbers tell a story. The value is understanding how they connect.

I believe everyone should know their health baseline.
A standard annual physical gives us important information—but it does not always include many of the biomarkers that can help us better understand cardiovascular and metabolic risk, inflammation, nutrient status, thyroid function, hormonal health and how these patterns change over time.
I look beyond whether a result is simply “in range.” I look at the pattern, the context, your history and the changes over time.
Know your baseline. Track what matters. Understand what changes.

Testing should be purposeful and individualized. Not every biomarker is appropriate for every person, and additional testing should be determined in collaboration with the appropriate healthcare professional.

When Indicated

Additional biomarkers or testing may be considered based on symptoms, history, medications, family history and existing medical conditions. Not every biomarker is appropriate or necessary for every individual.

Know what you're tracking—and why.

Why Go Beyond the Standard Panel?

“Normal” is only part of the conversation.
Reference ranges help identify abnormalities. But prevention also requires context.
I want to understand where you are now, where you have been, and in which direction your health is moving.
Looking at biomarkers together—and following them over time—can reveal patterns that are difficult to appreciate when each number is viewed in isolation.
